the app store icon is not where i had it prior to iOS6 install and i can not locate it now. also app reviews that linked/opened the app store are not working.
the box with the equestion about going to app store still comes up, but nothing happens if i click yes
even clicking the app store button in Passbook does nothing

came back after in settings/general/restrictions i set "installing apps" to "on"
