App Store in Chinese.

I've bought my iPhone from China. The problem is that the App Store and iTunes on it are still in Chinese while everything else is in English. And as far as I can get there is no option changing it in the Settings Menu.

Is there any way I can change the language of the App Store on the iPhone?

Go to app store on phone.
Click Featured.
Scroll to bottom and click your account.
Change account country.

I've also bought a chineese iphone and can't change the app store or itunes language from chineese to english. Can you be more specific with your instructions? I can't find "featured" anywhere and I've tried every clickable option. Thanks in advance.
