A week ago, I installed Numbers on my iPhone and deleted it a few days later. Yesterday, I received an update. Numbers was not installed on my iPhone at that time. I tried to update and now it is stuck on my home screen with the blank app icon along with two other apps that I keep deleting but comes back after a restart.
