App Store Keeps Opening to Camera and Photo with no back button

Whenever I open my app store screen on my 4s it keeps starting to say featured at the top, then it jumps to the camera and photography screen and I have no way to get back the the home "featured" screen. If I hit featured it goes back to camera and photography,

anyone else? I have reset the phone 2x. Force closed the app store app also.
