app store live video streaming

Which of these three currently jailbreak iPhone only, qik, livecliq or kyte will manage to get first approval in apple app store. I am juggling between these three but i do not want to jailbreak my phone, so i want to know which should i start to use.
Can you give me some good recommendation for any of these services.
