Today I purchase a free app for kid, and later my kid buy a 0.99usd app without any password input, and apple reject my appilication of refund, it say there was an accidental refund before, finally I lose my money.

How to prevent a none password purchase after a normal, how to set it to input password for everytime?

How long after? It stays logged in for about 15 minutes I believe. I think you can alter the settings so you have to do it every time. What device are you on?

Just sign out when you are done. Then it will require a password for the next purchase (from the menu bar, select Store-->Sign Out).
