App Store No Internet connection

All of a sudden all my apple devices cannot connect to the app store. The message No internet connection pops up whenever you go into the app store. However, Safari still browse's the internet with no problems. If i turn off wifi and access the app store from my cell plan it works. Turn back on wifi and it will still work for a little while. Noticed it started this morning when i started getting messages about private relay could not connect.
All devices are up to date.

I have done the following:
Turned off private relay
reset network settings
rebooted the devices
rebooted router
rebooted modem
deleted wifi and reset it up

Still cannot access the app store when connected to wifi.

Anyone have any idea what would cause this?

Re-read your post and decided to re-think this one (based on issue happening on all your devices)...any recent changes to region or your account?

Thanks for the response. I checked region, time and date and everything is correct. Nothing has change on my account that i could think would cause this. If I turn off wifi everything works just fine. I also checked my router to see if something had changed and could not find anything that would cause it. Can't find anything.

Sounds like you have isolated it to the router. Maybe start over with the router and just setup the network again, using same ssid, password, etc.

Try, at least temporarily, using a different DNS. Your home ISP’s DNS may be misbehaving — I’ve dealt with it a few times on different ISPs. Sometimes it’s also temporary CDN problems.

Ok, I was able to fix the problem somehow. Not sure which method fixed it but it started working immediately on my phone and other devices started working over the next few hours.

First thing i did was to reset my Apple Id password. Again everything worked just fine except apple app store over wifi before this step was done. Not sure if this step was needed other then to verify my identification. Not sure why the app store would work when using cellular though?

Second, I changed nothing on the router. I just had each device forget the network and setup wifi on each device again. Again using the wifi the devices worked just fine except apple app store before doing this step. Go off wifi and the app store was usable.

Not sure what to make of this but I'm able to use the app store again when on wifi.
