App Store no where to be found...

I just upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard with the install disk... the install said it was successful and when I click About This Mac the software is now showing as version '10.6.3', however, the app store is not in the dock, applications folder, or in the drop down menu when you click the apple icon.. no where when I search in finder either... I deleted the dock preference file, rebooted, still not there...

Where is it?!!

You have to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store.

Okay.. I clicked Software Update, but it said that everything was most up-to-date :/ so how do I upgrade my Snow Leopard?
