Since upgrading to iOS 6, I can no longer view my Purchased apps in Apple Store | Updates | Purchased.

The App Store app either crashes or I'm looking at a blank white page.

No crash, but same re iphone 5. Oddly, no problem with iOS 6 on iPad 2. Go figure. (yes, I ensured correct Apple ID)

OK, so you also can't get purchased page to show in new iphone 5? That's amazingly bad!

The same thing has happened to me since I upgraded to iOS 6 for iPad 2. Even the app I purchased AFTER I upgraded has disappeared from view as has my one itunes purchase. Come on Apple, we need this fixed, quickly. :(

Experiencing this as well on my devices. Even if the purchased list shows it is incredibly slow and buggy.

Hmmm, while I caught a glimpse of purchased apps on the iPad 2 a couple of days ago (wasn't really looking at them, then), now all I'm seeing is the blank white page on the iPad 2, just like the iP5.

Re: iPad 2: Rebooted, 3 times. Went back to purchased area. Little wheel spinned for 20 or so seconds, then the white page appeared. But this time, in the upper left corner, there's an IPAD APPS button. Tapping it yielded a drop down menu: iPad apps, iphone apps. Selected iPad Apps, and got joy. Haven't tried this on the iPhone 5 yet.

Thanks - tried this a few times but it didn't work - i get the IPAD APPS button with the drop down menu but once the menu's selected, it's still a blank page. Any suggestions?

You probably need to authorize this device withyour apple id. After you purchase an app on this device, you will need to authorize it with the 3 digits on the back of your credit card. Then i think you should be able to view what you have previously purchased... Hope this helps.

A Gomer Pyle "Well, surprise surprise" moment. Pay attention to the timeline here, folks. All of the following references my iPhone 5.

Awoke at 3a ET this morning; couldn't get back to sleep. Hubby was working night shift, so I decided to clean out Contacts (dupes when I reconfigured from restore's Exchange to CardDav). Took roughly 20 minutes. ... Rechecked installed photography apps, to remind myself which did what -- another 5 minutes. ... Used EmailGanizer Pro on my business email account, to quick file & toss some items to Things, then processed the Things InBox. ... Did some other stuff, like rearranging folder contents.

We're now up to 4:05a ET. Just for the heck of it, I went into the App Store's Purchased area, fully awaiting the crash syndrome. Instead, after about 25 seconds of that blasted twirling wheel, the page filled, with not-on-my-iPhone apps. Mind you, I've been downloading apps since the Store launched in the summer of 2008, so we're talking hundreds of apps. No crash! Decided to press my luck. Worked my way down through the list, opting to download about a dozen. Still, no crash. It wasn't until I was toward the end of the list that a crash materialized.

FYI: I had arranged a call back from Apple, which occurred Monday night. Basically, zippo in terms of relief. Got the standard "server/WiFi issues" line. But, I'm beginning to believe it. At 4-ish a.m., the East Coast is asleep, and the West Coast has calmed down as well. So, while I certainly won't advocate setting an alarm for this purpose, if you happen to get bitten by the insomnia bug one night, try it.

Didn't try this on my iPad 2 yet, b/c the SleepyTime bug finally got me.

App Store Crashes

You now can add issues retrieving purchased TV content. I believe these issues are ram and or processor issues. My iPhone5 has no issues yet my iPad 2 and Ipad Mini and Iphone 4S have App Store and iTunes purchase history issues. If you have a lot of Apps on those devices they crash the App Store. Apple told me it was a hardware issue swapped out my original iPad Mini but the issue didn't go away.
I also noticed iPhone/Ipad compatible Apps do not show up in the App Store when you query them. They do appear on the query drop down list but will not load so you can select them to download. The only way I was able to add them them to my device was to go the Apps website and click the link to the App store.

The fact that the Iphone 5 doesn't have these issues is because it has twice the Ram and a faster processor coincidence I think not!

yeah it doesn't work on my iphone 5...

I have probably downloaded 1000s of apps. I cannot see any purchased items either!! I think that's the reason.

Apple tries to send you a plist with all your apps and it timed out trying to send you this gigantic file. File a bug with apple!!
