App Store not Updating Apps - 4S

On my 4S iOS7 I can not update apps. Either manually or automatically.

When I click update All or just Update a single app it goes to the update circle really fast and then back to the update image.

Also these apps become useless when they have an update because they show the updating bar with 0%. Clicking on them does nothing.

Any thoughts? Ways to fix?

It's a beta OS, put 6.1.3 back on if you're not a developer, else just ignore the bug / missing feature till iOS 7 is publicly released.
