Anyone else facing this problem? When I click update all, the circles next to each app keep spinning but nothing downloads. It doesn't even download new apps...

How can I work out what is causing that?

Could it be Software Update Killer (although that is only supposed to get rid of the annoying badge for updating iOS)?

Or could it be NoTracking+?

Thanks buddy! I just couldn't be bothered to uninstall it and try.

Or could it be because I haven't gone to 8.1.2 yet? The update all wasn't working when I was still on 7 and 8 was released...

I dunno, I just updated to 8.1.2 and re-jailbroke. It's so easy to re-jailbreak now it can't hurt. May as well as simple as it is. Since updating retains your settings and repos, it's about a 5-10 minute process per device to update. So easy!

Didn't realise it was that easy!
Do I update to 8.1.2 first, then use taig, or does the taig desktop app do it all in one?

No.
You restore with iTunes first.
Then jb it again and install/sync all your stuff back.

and the pre-restore iTunes back will save all the repos? It took me hours to get everything just right after 8.1.1 JB.....

Cydia will only save the ones i have paid for...

Okay, so I updated JB...but now when I try to update or install new app, SB crashes, goes into safe mode and I get a message saying 'could not connect to iTunes store'.

I am able to update in safe mode though...so at least that's something.

Any ideas how to debug this?

Mine dont seem to be auto updating, but it's nothing to do that myself.

Ever since I updated to iOS 8 automatic updates have never worked over cellular data.

This is annoying since I do not use wifi.....ever.

I had this issue before and I also heard of other people as well having this issue. For me it was a program called os8lite or something like that. Other people had this issue if they had virtual home installed. What tweaks do you have installed?

I have the following installed:

Activator
Alkaline
AppList
AvatarSync
BigBoss Icon Set
Board
Cydia Installer|Substrate|Translations
Detailed Battery Usage
Erica Utilities
f.lux
Folder Customiser
Forecast
HideMe8
iCleaner
iFile
IntelliScreenX
KillBackground8
LockPages
MultiIconMover
NoTracking+
PasswordPilot
Prettier Banners
SpinSettings
Springtomize3
Substrate Safe Mode
SwipeSelection
TaiG 8.1.X|AFC2
XModGames
Zeppelin

Follow applejuiced's advice. Even if you could safely "just update" your jb, you are just keeping whatever problem you had with 8.1.1 and updating them to 8.1.2

Before you update, screenshot your installed JB apps (mine was 5-6 pics). Connect to iTunes and restore/upgrade to 8.1.2. Download Taig's most recent JB and run it on a windows computer. Using your screenshots, download the JB apps you had before. But I would DL one and check the App Store functionality after each. Doing it slowly might identify the app causing the conflict.

Very well said.
People want to do things sloppy, quick and easy but if you want a solid JB without issues and bugs do it the right way.
Up to you.
