App store payment metode don't work

Today I got my new exchanged iPad ( my first one had dead pixel ) this one works great. Only problem is that when I go in app store, it asks me to verify my payment metode, so it asks me to type my security code, buy then it says that payment metode was declined. Why? I used it for a long time and have downloaded lots od apps, why it's not working anymore?

You should check the money you have in your account and, at last, phone your bank in order to know what has happened. I think it's the best and fastest option.

If using a new iDevice with your account, Apple requires you to provide the security code from your card that's tied to the account. If you're entering the right code and it's not working, give Apple Support a call.

Having money in the account doesn't matter to Apple and doesn't have anything to do with the iPad not accepting the security code. Apple will gladly charge you .99 for an App even if you don't the money in your account. It's up to you to be responsible and know how much you have.

I have debate card and actually it was emty after I bought iPad for my sister's birthday. I have some money in it now and I was able to activate this payment metode and actually I found out that every time it asks to confirm my payment metode it reserves 1lvl (2$) and it dosn't give it back to me. I have reserved payment in my bank when I activated my first iPad and today when I activated this one.

And it dosnt reserve 1 Eur, it reserves 1lvl thats 1,4 euros

why?

That is common for credit cards to reserve a small amount to verify the card is good. There will never be a charge from it and in a few days the hold will be removed.

well I actiaved my first iPad 2 in 04.08.2011 and it's still reserved, even though I have bought lot of apps.

If you have a debit card, it shouldn't allow you to pay if you don't have any money. If this isn't the OP case, then it's other sort of problem.

Apple gave beck my money from actiavting it on 04.08 so its ok agien.
