App Store Purchase Issue

App Store refuses to use my itunes credit towards purchases on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 3 with IOS6. Ive got $26 on my account but every time wants to charge my credit card instead, double checked my account on my mac and accounts in good standing and purchases charge from account credit on there.

Anyone else notice this??
