App Store settings and ‘duplicate’ purchase history

1. Went to the App Store > photo icon on the top right > name and I see this. Apple Booksissa?

2. I decided to try out Apple Music after years on Spotify. Signed up for the free trial, and it appears that there are 2 separate ‘charges’ for it in my purchase history, both with different order codes. I’m the only one using this phone and Apple ID. Will I be double charged too when my free trial is over?
