App store title vanished

I bought a game on the mac app store about 9 months ago. It has already disappeared of the app store and, sadly, due to a crash I don't have it on my HD. I went back to the app store to download and... gone! It doesn't appear in my purchases any more and to be honest I'd think I'd gone mad and it never existed except I have an email receipt! Is there any way I can get it back. I'm sure the small print says no... but i'm a little annoyed... the game is called Incredible Express and my son misses it...

You could contact iTunes via email and explain your case. But, if it is gone, I'm not sure you can get it back via the App Store. You could dl it again, but that would mean purchasing it twice...
