App Store to scan and check for Lion compatibility?

I (think) remember hearing or reading somewhere that there was a program in the App store that would scan your Mac and report on programs that weren't Lion ready? Was I dreaming or is there such a beast?

There was an article about it on Cult of Mac. They tell you how. I don't remember what that process was though.
