Anyone else notice this? Instead of the old scrolling, which was it snapping at every 4 apps, it goes 1 by 1 now. I know it's a small change but it kind of annoys me. Seems much more laggy on my 4S now. I wonder why they changed it?

Google HTML5 and Native. The explanation is quite long, but you'll see why Apple changed it.

So they went from HTML5 to Objective-C (that's what I'm assuming) but why would they change the scrolling behavior. I mean it can't be that difficult for the programmers that Apple has at its disposal to create a similar scroll. Did Apple even change what the App Store is written in though? I mean it's all through a server, so they can easily without an update, but seems weird that they'd just roll out a newly coded App Store.
