App store tries to update using old Apple id

I changed the Apple Id on my iphone , deleted all apps downloaded using my old apple id and downloaded them again using my new apple id. However, the app store still tried to update the apps using my old apple id ( actually, using both). It successfully updates the app using the new id but still tries to update the same app using my old id. Any thoughts on how I can fix this ?
