I recently (2 days ago) set up a new iPhone, restoring from my iCloud backup. Everything went smoothly as usual. I updated the new device to 18.2 prior to restore to be on par with my old iPhone.

I notice that since the restore, there has been no app updates whatsoever (I can't see any updates available in App Store, nothing under "Recently Updated" either, in fact "Recently Updated" doesn't even show.

I've tried signing out, restarting, signing in again and refreshing, no change.

I find it difficult to believe that there are no updates available as I have a lot of apps installed, and I see that others have reported this problem too sporadically.

Any solution to this?

The restore will have restored the latest versions so the 'recently updated' would be blank. Given it's Christmas there are far fewer updates at the moment so you're probably fine

This happens every year during the holiday season. Apple used to not accept app updates during this time; they now accept them, but aren't as quick to review them (guessing due to reduced staff). Should start seeing more updates in the next week or two.

Thanks to all that replied. After the first two replies, I checked my old iPhone and my wife's, no recently updated apps, so spot on.

Cheers and a great NY to all.
