App Store - Use credit card from another country?

Don't think this is the correct category to place this thread, but since the iPhone is quite closely related to the App Store, i'll post it here.

A simple question, can I use a credit card from another country in the App Store. Eg. I live in Hong Kong, have a HK credit card. But I want to use the Australian app store, so can I use my HK credit card to pay for apps bought in the Australian app store?

Not Possible....

Either buy iTunes Gift cards from Bestbuy or any 3rd party site, that accepts international credit card.

Best Buy doesn't accept international credit cards for buying iTunes gift cards anymore. People without a credit card with an american billing address will have to find another work around to keep using US iTunes Store.
