App store wont open after update...need help

I updated my mac today with the software from apple for osx. Everything seems to work fine except the app store. When i click i get this error. Any help out there? Also, I already tried to repair and verify to make sure nothing was wrong there and i get this ....

This is caused by a shared library load failure, most likely due to a failed / incomplete software upgrade. To fix this, re-apply the relevant OS X Combo Update to your system.
