App store won't update

Hi, i'm from Norway. Every time i try to update an app at app stor it says: There is a billing problem with a previous purchase.
Then it tells me to enter my password and go to Purchase History.
But when i have enterd my password nothing happens :-( Help?

It seems like a credit card issue.

Open itunes and then itunes store, view your account here and see how much you owe to Apple.

Awnser:I know but the problem is that around every month i can update all my app's. I don't think it's a problem with the card Can it be anything else?
