App Store works over EDGE?

I just turned off wifi, and forgot I turned it off (wanted to see the new icons, to see what everyone was complaining about)...and I click the App store, and it opened right up? I'm downloading Pandora right now...done....Pandora works.

it worked before too, as long as the app is under a certain size.

It was announced in the original 2.0 keynote that the App store would not require Wi-Fi like the Music store does. It has been this way since 2.0.

You are restricted to apps under a certain size if you are on Edge though...
