Anybody else notice lag when using the app switch on the 6S+? It's almost always replicable. I notice if you turn off transparency, it does not do it. I was running 9.0.2 on a clean install and now 9.1 b5 and its still doing it.

I have noticed the exact same thing. I have tried a 6s and a 6s plus and this only happens on the plus. I submitted feedback to Apple last night about this.
Just like the original 6plus then. Lag city. My mom's 6S is more fluid. Looks like it's the phone downscaling everything again to 1080p.
I noticed the difference between 6s and 6s+ plus in the store when I tried them. I guess 90% more power is not enough to compensate scaling.
While I liked the smoothness of 6s, I could not go to smaller screen. So I replaced my 6+ with 6s+, even when there is light stutter here and there every now and then.
