I'm reading a lot of comments of people saying how amazing is iOS 10 performance wise. In my opinion it has a lot of cosmetic bugs that should be solved, but I guess they will. This is something objective, simply go to the iOS 10.0.1 bugs thread to check it.

However, something way more shocking for me is the fact that many people here say that their devices have no stuttering at all. On my iPad Air 2, if I have more than 6 or 7 apps open, the App Switcher is extremely laggy. Am I alone?

Greetings!

PS: Hard reset and factory reset haven't solved anything.

You aren't alone. Even on my iPad Pro there is sometimes severe stutter in the app switcher and minor stutter on my iPhone 6S.

I downgraded back to 9 on my 6S+ and I notice lots of lag and stutter but on 10 it was smooth. Reason for downgrading is horrible battery life.

Interesting. Battery life is amazing on my iPad Pro but less than stellar on my 6S. Barely get through the day sometimes.

stuttering for sure... but im quite sure, it has always done it. atleast i havent seen it without suttering... i quess it is stuttering more now.

Yeah, I have some stuttering on the app switcher on my Air 2. I've also noticed apps reload a bit sooner than on iOS 9. Battery life is okay. On my 6s the first day or two was terrible; lost 26% over an 8 hour period not really using it. I hope some of the iOS 10 bugs get worked out soon enough though.

Okay. Apps also load faster than on iOS 10 on mine. The App Switcher on iOS 9.3.5 was really smooth :(

the stutter and battery life improve after a couple of days, when yo upgrade an OS the system needs to runa bunch of crap in the background

I upgraded last week, as I was in the beta program. No improvements since then.
