I have once synched my iPhone apps to iTunes. Then I stopped doing it. Now it's not up to date anymore, how do I get that? I am afraid to lose apps, since I bought a few.

I have apps on the iPhone not in iTunes yet, and I've apps on iTunes removed from the iPhone.

Please help :apple:

Plug phone up. Right click it when it comes up. Click transfer purchases. That will atleast get all your apps on to the computer. Then you can click applications on one of the tabs at the top. Then checkmArk sync applications. The list off apps should now be ungrayed with check marks beside the apps that are on your phone

If you have your phone set to automatically sync it will transfer the purchases from you phone to itunes automatically.

Any apps that you deleted off the iphone will be unchecked in itunes. You will not loose you apps.

Thanks! Sounds like you can do this with any iPhone/Touch?
