App syncing to iTunes (iOS6 on 4S to iTunes 11)

Hello!

I wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem. Normally I used to be able to update apps on my iPhone and next time I sync'd with iTunes, it would copy the updated apps to the computer. However, since iTunes 11 (I think, anyway), this is no longer happening.

Wanted to see if anyone else is seeing the same problem. (And if there's a solution).
