app that adds info to music/movies/tvshows??

IS there an app that automatically adds info (like movie names, descriptions, or song titles/albums/artwork) to movies or music you add to iTunes??

Say i rip a dvd that i own, it may have just track names for the songs or some weird letters and names n such for the movie name and no artwork for either. Is there an app that can somehow automatically add all the info/artwork and such to music/movies??
