App that automatically puts red x on multitasking icons?

I know there is an app/tweak out there...I had to restore my iphone and didnt have a back up of my jailbroken apps saved so Im going back and installing the ones I had and cant remember this one

I use this and I LOVE it. It can also only show the running apps, so it's more like a task manager now.
