i'm looking for an app that will play music while I'm recording videos on my iPhone 5C. I'm not looking for the one that works with Snapchat. When I had an android galaxy S4 are used to pop up media player called viral video. For the life of me I cannot find anything like it. It doesn't have to be an app that will play music from my library I'd rather have it be something that can play videos like YouTube while I'm recording. Any help would be appreciated. Lastly I know I can edit the video with iMovie and add audio but I want to have it simultaneously done instead of having to edit it in.

Blux video does...but it hasn't been updated for a long time (it still works though), but this will only work with your library.
