App that can remotely write GPS routes

Hi. I want to find out if anyone know's of apps that enable someone to remotely 'send' routes to the iphone GPS device? If so, whom? If not, is it vaguely possible (I am not a developer)? Know anyone who can help me? Thanks alot for any help. Rob
