App that digitizes Receipt Line Items?

I know there are apps that will scan receipts and automatically record date, name of store, and total amount purchased.

But is there an app that will digitize receipts line by line.
For example, if I bought eggs, milk, and bread at Trader Joe's on January 23 and spent $10.45 - the app will record that I bought eggs, milk, and bread on Jan 23 from Trader Joe's and the amount spent was $10.45?
