The only reason I have Microsoft Word installed on my MacBook Pro is for its wonderful Notebook Layout mode. It simply makes taking notes in class a breeze.

If you don't know what it does, it allows the user to easily navigate to different levels of bullets with the keyboard. Want a deeper bullet, just press Tab. Want to go back up to the previous level? Just press Delete (backspace) twice.

I've searched on and off and can't find an app that makes note taking this simple, but I can't imagine that Microsoft is the only one to be doing something like this. Please tell me someone knows of a great, lightweight note taking app that has theses keyboard navigation features.
