App that keeps Airplay on?

i am setting up an iOS device for an elderly person. I want to make it easy as possible. There will be icons on the screen that take her to different websites with video, but rather that have to explain the airplay icon ( when displayed) or sweep up to control centre and select Airplay then the Apple TV , I just want the iOS device to default to Airplay to the selected device.

Any ideas?
