App that shows memory usage per app?

I am trying to find an app that breaks down the memory usage by application. I came across SysInfoPlus but there must be a bug or something because the memory usage numbers were all huge (on the order of 10^15) even though the screen shot on cydia makes it look exactly like what i wanted.

Are there any such apps out there?
