App that Tracks Time Usage of Other Apps?

Does anyone know of one that exists? I would like to track how much time I spend using certain apps.

How do I do that using Clock? I'm looking at the app (I'm assuming you mean the one that comes with the IPhone) and I don't see a section where I can track the time usage of other apps.
