App that will send an SMS if power fails?

Hi there,
Anyone know of an app that can send an SMS message if the charging power dies on an iOS device? I see a few of these Apps for Android devices but nothing for ios. Any ideas? There are a few iOS apps that will sound an audible alert if charging power dies, but nothing that will send an SMS for ios. Some sort of weird apple "rule" not to allow apps to send SMS?
