App to Alert When Texting While Driving?

Does anyone know if there are apps that send an alert when an iPhone user is texting, emailing, or other use (other than calls). I would like to monitor my kid's phone while he is driving (i.e. send me an email or text if he is texting while driving).

If it does not exist that is not a bad idea. We can all preach about parenting and **** like that; but frankly, kids will do what they want to do when you're not around. It happens.

Well, doing something is better than doing nothing. If they know I am monitoring their phone usage while they are driving and they risk loosing their phone and/or driving privileges, they just may refrain from this and save their or someone else's life.

I developed this before

I developed this 2 years ago for a company at USA. Was done to 5 mobile platforms. But I am not sure if they are still in business.
