App to block calls?

Is there an app in Cydia that will block someone completely? I don't want them even sent to my voice mail, a message telling them this person is not accepting calls from you.

Is there an app like this?

iBlackList blocks calls but it doesn't really do what you want. You'd most likely have to call your carrier do completely block a phone number from calling you.

I think iblacklist has an option that the caller just gets a busy signal when calling you so they cant leave a voice message either.
But not sure how well it works on the latest 4.3.2 firmware.

it does have a busy signal option, as well as an option to answer, then hang up right away. works fine here on 4.3.1

iBlacklist can also auto reply with a text message. You set it to say "this person has blocked messages from you" or whatever you want.
