app to close multitasking apps quick

Is there an app around that can close all opened apps in the background.
I saw it somewhere where the multitasking can be turned off but if there was another app that just closes everything unless its a memory app

RemoveBackground will close all backgrounded apps. There is also a SBsettings toggle for it.
