App to edit .string files in iPad

Exists an app that can be able to open/edit .string files in iPad ?
 
Aren't they just plaintext? I'm pretty sure iFile has a txt editor built in.
 
Yes it's a text file, but iFile or other document apps can open it (on Mac i can open with TextEdit).
Any other hints ?
