App to keep calling until answered?

To make an appointment with the doctor, we have to phone the appointment line at 8:20. Of course it's impossible to get through and though you can keep hitting redial it can take over 100 attempts to get through. Sometimes there are no appointments left by then.

There must be an app that can dial and redial a number until connected? Does anyone know of one?
