App to link/log tasks with contacts

My job is very contact oriented. I would like to be able to link tasks with contacts, making it possible to see all tasks assigned to a single contact. Is there an app that can accomplish this?

Also, what's the best project app and can projects be linked to contacts?

Anyone have any suggestions? There must be something out there to accomplish this.
