App to make text easy to read ?

OK, first I was suggested: Cmd+Alt+Ctrl+8 which inverts the colors, which is quite good sometimes.

But I found now an extension for Firefox, Readability which looks amazing on the snapshots, but it does not work with Firefox 7.

I wonder if there are any other apps that I dont know about. Turn off the lights is another cool extension for Safari and other browser for watching youtube videos, I wish there was such thing for reading.

I'm using Readability on Firefox 7 with no problems here. Did you try installing from here?

Just curious, is enlarging the text just not enough?
