I used to have a program for windows called Ping Plotter, but now on the Mac, I don't have a replacement.

Is there something I can use to diagnose and view my internet connection, on a longterm basis? Like something I can leave running all day and watch to see if there are drastic dips and spikes in packetloss or slowdown?

My connection at home has gotten pretty horrible, but the tech support just tells me to "unplug the modem and plug it back in" ever day... I'd like to have more solid data to take to them.

Any monitoring software like this available, preferably with some sort of visual graphing or something?
