Does anyone know of a good app that can monitor a websiter/server uptime/stats??

+1 for iStat. If you're jailbroken, MobileTerminal + SSH is good too.

"LetMeKnow" will monitor your website and if it goes down the app will send a push notification to your phone.

I don't know about uptime stats, but if you're just looking for website statistics/analytics, then I'd recommend Google Analytics and Analytics App for iPhone.

Pingdom is a website uptime monitoring service, which now offers an iPhone app. I believe the service is free to monitor one website.

I did some shopping around… ended up going with www.WebFailureDetector.com. It was quick and easy to setup and of course being free made it the best part. Cheers.

Looks great an does exactly what I needed! Thanks, anyway Im considering to write a very own tool, a bit more complex than the one you've suggested - actually a littlel administration area where user will manage all his sites (just adding / deleting, maybe see latest downtime) would be great...
