macOS .App to PrefPane??? Can it Convert

So Microsoft Silverlight has a .app that has all of its preferences in it. The structure itself looks like it could be converted into a prefPane. Is there any easy way to do this short of recreating it in Xcode? This would be more for convenience. Its nice to have preferences where they belong!

Not without the source code. The executable for a prefPane has to define specific functions that allow the Preferences app to interact with it. An app executable won't have these.
