App to see files that Time Machine backs up?

I saw in a thread recently (and I searched and can't find it...sorry!) about an app that shows what files TM has backed up. The other night TM did a 1.5 gb back up, and I know there was no reason for that much data to be backed up. If someone could point me in the direction of such an app I would REALLY appreciate it.
