App to show someone my screen on their computer

I need to teach a client how to use a site that I designed for him but he is in another country. Is there an app that would allow him to see my screen as I am using my computer and be able to hear me talking to him? thanks

If you just want to share your screen, you can also use Skype for that. Just push the + button when in a call.

TeamViewer does both. You can use it to view the remote computer, or use it in presentation mode to allow them to see yours.
