I've been using an app called Swift that you can paste the direct URL for any audio/video file on the web (like a mp3 talk posted on a blog) and control the playback speed. The app seems to be unmaintained and doesn't work anymore. Is there any alternative out there that can control the playback speed of a file on the web?

I know there are ones that control youtube playback speed or can open files actually on your iphone but I can't find anything that simply can open and control speed for audio files on the web.
